Nope. I've never had it wipe my memory card. The only thing is if you have programs installed to the card (instead of to the device), you will have to reinstall those apps. While the files would still be on the card, the registry settings and stuff for the app will be gone.
Music, pics, cabs, documents, etc. should all stay on the card after a flash. I guess something *could* go wrong and wipe your card, but I've never heard of it happening.

i flashed my phone and just took the sd card out for safety. doesn't hurt to be safe.
