need help (bell htc touch)

i tried updating my bell htc touch to wm 6.1 but now my phone is stuck in bootloader.

whenever i turn on the phone it goes to the red, green, blue and white screen and says:

RUUNBH
VOGU100 MGH
SPL-2.01.1000
CPLD-3

What can i do to fix this? I can't find the original Bell ROM anywhere so how can i get my phone working again??

thanks I also found the bell stock ROM from here http://www.htc.com/us/FAQ_Detail.aspx?p_id=70&act=sd but when i put on on my micro sd card it fails at loading the rom.

it says:

bootloader - ok
splash1 - ok
splash2 - ok
cdma -
os -

Update terminated
update failed

and at the top it says
00018002
VOGUIMG.nbh - FAIL

what can i do to fix this?

ok after trying 4 or 5 times it installed completely....

somebody help i screwed up my htc touch phone from bell last night and im stuck on the reed green blue screen and i tried clicking on the above web address but its not working
