Need the default Comm Manager or skin

I upgraded to WM6.1 and it's great except that the Comm Manager menu in the Kitchen I used is atrocious. Would someone tell me how to get the default Comm Manager back or whether I just need to edit the skin? How can I get the original images back? The menu is now one list with a very ugly font and smaller icons instead of the two columns side by side with the large icons. Thanks in advance.

try doing a search; there's a bunch of threads about how the fonts sometimes get messed up. You also might want to do a search on xda-developers website; there's some threads there with cabs to all the htc apps.

This is a separate problem from the screwed up fonts. This is a different skin with the on/off slider. I found the option for this type of menu in Advance Config but once I changed the setting in Advance Config the Comm Manager menu doesn't come up at all. I get the Exit and Settings options at the bottom, but that's it. I will see what is available at xda-developers.com .
