OTASP Not working

I tried running the VZW OTASP (*22

which usually works just fine. But when I did it this morning I got a recording saying they could not program my phone and to contact customer service from a land line. This sounds sort of fishy to me so I just wanted to check in with the group here to see if anyone has any experience with this or suspicions.

I have a vogue running NFS's v16 with mega and radio 3.37.78. Thanks for any advice in advance.
