sprint speed? not so fast...

i just tested out with testmy.net while connected via USB...
my speeds are not so hot... i did three tests, with the highest being
688 Kbps or 0.7 Mbps (84 kB/s)

what is everyone elses like?

its says EV at the top... im in minneapolis currently...

i am running the stock ROM

I get around 400 Kbps and 600 Kbps at most...

Also got the EV at the top and running a Rev A rom.

Sucks for me...

That's pretty fast for today's cellphones... I've seen it go from anywhere between ~500 and 1000 depending on city/time of the day.

When I'm in Naperville, IL, Fox Valley area; I receive speeds up to 1280 Kbps.

I'm with Telus, not Sprint, and my phone's getting true Rev A speeds of about 2.4 Mbps down and 500-600 Kbps up in downtown Winnipeg.

As you said, Sprint Speed is not so fast. It's because your cell sites need upgrading. Nothing you can do about that.

Where I live I get 400-800 kbps and 100-300 kps up. At I my college the cell sites get me 1200-2500kbps and 400-600kbps up.

I got my fastest test in my sig. would say i usually average 600-700kbs though. Good ol' stock rom, too.
