Windows Live Mail - New messages

Is there a program out there that will let me know if I have a new message that is not in my inbox. I filter my emails into different folders automatically(setup through the web based hotmail live) and my touch doesnt let me know if I have new mail unless it goes directly to the inbox.

If I'm not mistaken....Flexmail supports that function.

Thanks for the reply. Not looking for a commercial product unfortunately. I've emailed microsoft and i'll post their reply if its anything useful.
