Help phone won't boot up

I unlocked the phone using the coke unlock tool and tried to flash the OMJ custom verizon rom and now the phone does almost nothing.

It starts up with some red numbers at the bottom of the screen and then it shows HTC logo and that's it.

Am I screwed?
Phone was bought at Best Buy think they'll take it back?

I would appreciate any and all help/suggestions
