curious about how much bluetooth drains battery now.... would love to consolidate....just number one roadblock (aside from the headphones which this is a great solution for by the way) is battery life.

yup. sorry i abbreviated. good phone back in the day.
and i'll also re-confirm that the 8gb microsd does work in the vogue. and i believe that is the highest they make -- so i'm curious to know, since that's and sdhc, if future hc cards such as a 12gb also work... i guess 8 is good enough. i'll never use more than that - i dislike a phone as an mp3 player due to buttons/control, and since you need that ugly big adapter, i'll probably never try with the vogue. so i'm stuck w/ the two devices.

Yo, you dont have to use the ugly adaptor. Just plug in the headphones but put the usb prop. backwards.

Well, I don't know how to give a defiinitive answer to that one, but subjectively, I haven't noticed a significant drain on the battery by having bluetooth active. Nothing like when you turn on the GPS feature, now that does suck the battery dry pretty quickly. I've flown for hours listening to music on the Vogue with my bluetooth headset, and haven't had any problems with the battery. One nice thing about the Blueant headset I mentioned earlier is it uses the same mini-USB charger that the Vogue uses, so you'll have a 2nd AC charger to keep around, and can use either charger for both devices, if you want to "pack light".
