also, how do you install? or do you just put folder on device and run?

this takes you to a rar file. so you need to have winrar or 7zip, save the rar file to your desktop. unzip/unrar the file which should be a cab file. move that cab file to your phone using the explore function on activesync. once the file is in your phone use file explorer on it and tap onthe cab file.
