SD size problem

well i flashed vetvito's rom and it still gives me 4GB

So FOR SURE windows can read all 8GB, right?
If not, you could have gotten ripped off... mislabeled card

i thought about that but it's pretty conclusive when I put it into my computer and it says, available space is 7.35GB

Oh ok. That is strange especially if you're using a custom ROM.

I'll give you this link. It worked for me when I had my apache, but IDK how it will work on the Touch.

I have read in other threads on the subject (can't remember where atm) that if you try to fill your card beyond the "4GB" limit that your phone presently sees, it will see the rest of when you fill it beyond 4 GB. Have you tried to fill your card beyond 4 GB in your card reader then pop it in your phone to see how much residual capacity you have left? Just an easy suggestion.

ok so this is really weird...

i tried to put more than 4GB from my computer. it gets to 3.58GB and i can't add any more.

i click the drive properties and it says that i'm using 7.19 gigs up and have only 150MB left


hmmm...the mystery continues
