HTC and Error Sync..

ok.. i have been using the microsoft activesync. and never had any problems.
with my email/calender etc..
but a couple days ago i get an error.. it connect and i can explore the file from computer to phone. but my office 07 doesnt update to or from phone to computer.
any clues?
i have ran the trobleshot and comes back fine/ no errors.
