Re: Back Up Programs

I've been using Sprite Backup. It works great and is easy to use. The only problem I've encountered is it is not compatible with WM 6.1 so when I upgraded my Rom it did not Restore properly.

wow i was not aware of this. after you upgraded your rom, what types of issues did it give you, this would be helpful for others to know.

Yyyeah... so Sprite got me today... Monday night i flashed to no2chem's build 5069 and naturally scheduled sprite to do my daily backups... well this morning i wanted to hard reset to fix some persisting issues from the flash and when i go to restore my latest backup point it tells me it failed... no other explanations. I tried again three more times and then removed it from my phone... hopefully they'll push out a wm6.1 compatible version SOON!! so it looks like i'll be going back to spb backup then? lol

They do have a new version that is compatible with 6.1 EXCEPT any backups made under 6.0 will not restore.

I was using sprite 6.2.2... is there another newer version than that? All my backups were from wm6.1 to wm6.1...
