bluetooth / car / htc sprint

Ok.. i know i seen something on here about makeing the blue tooth working better.. But cant find it now, and if it does really work.. I have the pioneer avic z in my truck and the blue tooth works ok, My treo worked great. I have missed with the setting on both the htc and the stereo and it just doesnt sound great..
Does that fix on here( ppc )help with those issuse?
