If you succeeded in booting the leaked rom, then install the 2.31 unlocker. All you need to install the unlocker is WM up and running so Activesync/MDC works.

Ok I just tried to install the unlocker again.. I start the update with active sync running . When it goes to the rainbow screen on the phone it disconnects then reconnects and says USB then it just hangs at 0%
