Help flashing to sprint leaked rom

Alright so i decided to finally try the sprint leaked rom after doing a bit of reading on how to make the gps function better, I am currently using Piperom with a 3.37 radio. Before i tried flashing i ran the 2.31 unlocker and then tried to flash to the leaked rom but it keeps hanging on the "Verifying information on your pda device" screen and then eventually gives me the error 320 in RUU that says invalid command. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? I tried doing this multiple times and keep getting the same result. After using the 2.31 unlocker my ROM version is: 3.37.NO2.200 and my Radio version is 3.37.10. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

go into the bootloader mode and make sure you have coke 2.31 and if yes then stay in the bootloader mode and run the update.. it should flash with no problem..
