New icon on today screen. WTH is it?

I haven't installed anything on my phone in at least a week. I'm running Mustange's (or however he spells it) WM 6.1, GPS, REV A rom. Just waiting for sprint to release their official Vogue package and I'll probably flash again.

Anyway just today I was syncing up my phone to my PC and saw a new icon on my today screen. No clue where it came from. I did open up a couple of apps that come with this ROM that I hadn't yet. If I tap the icon nothing happens.

Also after a reboot it's gone.
