SlingPlayer problems

I am having some SlingPlayer mobile problems. I am unable to connect to my slingbox via EVDO, but I can connect and watch tv while I'm connected to my PC via usb. I tried different ROMs and I get the same results.

You need to go into the control panel of the Slingbox and make sure your router settings is setup for remote viewing.... If it is not set up for remote viewing it will not connect..also check the router itself to see if it is also setup for remote access...hope this helps...

I was able to view it before. Anyways I fixed it. All I had to do was reset the slingbox.

i got a problem with slingbox even installing on my touch! ive tried 1.5 & 1.6 it says that it has successfully installed but isnt anywhere to be found on the program list!?!?!
ive had it working before, and i have just recently flashed to vetvitos rom from alltel's leaked rom.
ive tried other custom roms and also hard reseting with the same result!

also tried installing from pc and installing from cab on memcard with no luck!
any advice would be appreciated!
