Exclamation Registry Hack to Enable Roaming Option on Verizon's Touch

Does anyone know if there is a registry hack to enable the roaming option in settings/phone? I know that the Sprint phones have this option, however Verizon surprisingly disabled it. LOL

This would be a place to start in the registry under this setting. Try to toggle the settings below, then look to see what it turned on!

1= showpage,
0= hidepage

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\PhoneSetting]
"AutoPrepend_1"=dword:00000000
"ShowAutoPrependPage"=dword:00000001
"ShowDataRoamGuard"=dword:00000001
"DataRoamNeverAsk"=dword:00000000
"ShowCallGuard"=dword:00000001
"RoamingAlert"=dword:00000001
"ShowRoamingAlertPage"=dword:00000001
"VoiceLock"=dword:00000000
"ShowCallGuardPage"=dword:00000000
"HiddenPlusCodeDialingPage"=dword:00000000
"HiddenDeleteVM"=dword:00000000
"HiddenNAMSelectPage"=dword:00000000
"HiddenVoicePrivacyPage"=dword:00000000
"HiddenModeOperationPage"=dword:00000000
"HiddenAlertPage"=dword:00000000
"HiddenTimesyncPage"=dword:00000000
"ShowTimeSyncUpdateNow"=dword:00000001
"HiddenMorePage"=dword:00000000
"DataCallLock"=dword:00000000
"ModemLock"=dword:00000000

edit: of course these are sprint's settings for winmobile...You may have more or less...

Re: Registry Hack to Enable Roaming Option on Verizon's Touch

I was able to enable such things as the phone operations screen and the screen for the NAM settings. However, nothing for roaming. Verizon's rom has a few less entries than Sprint's.

Re: Registry Hack to Enable Roaming Option on Verizon's Touch

I followed these steps and the extra options aren't there. I went back in and the registry all shows correctly. Are there any final steps to finish this off? I did a soft reset as well and still a no go.
