Busy Signal after "master reset"

I could not find anywhere on this forum for an answer to my problem. I did a clicked the "clear storage" buttom to restore my XV6900 to factory settings. After doing so all I get is a busy signal with whatever number i try. I called Verizon and they provided me with the steps to perform the authentication myself since I only have 1 one to use. Unfortunately, the 26 digit number they gave did not work. Anyone know of another way to correct this busy signal only?

I may have to go to a Verizon store tomorrow to get this corrected.

I did not perform a flash, just a "master reset".
