Don't use TCMPC, or whatever it is...

In the HHC Program you can download and install a working, Streaming Media Cab that allows videos to be played on Youtube, both mobile and PC site...

HHC also comes with Audio Manager and a few other programs...for help on where to find these programs in the programs, just PM me

No, just get your pic, put it somewhere on your phone and go to Settings, Today, and Check the "Use this Picture" and then select the picture you want...
