Activesync/Push and phone connect problem

Anyone have this problem? Seems that when I press either the softkey answer button or the green hard button it takes like 3-4 seconds for the call to connect. This ONLY happens when active sync is running, which with push email (I use it) its pretty much always running. If I close active sync or set exchange push mail to manual it connects immediately. This didn't always happen. I thought it was S2U2 but that's not it. Anyone else have a problem with this or can you think of a reg value that might have gotten messed up to cause this? Figure a hard reset will fix but looking to avoid that...

I think this is normal if activesync is running
My calls come in and sometimes after pressing the
answer button it take up to 3 seconds for the caller
to come on. I would keep searching before trying a
hard reset.
