Touch Guru...

Hi Touch Gurus...

After the upgrade (sprint 3.02) I am having difficulties setting my favorite keyboard as a default after a soft reset. I have tried SIPChange to set as the default but after a soft reset my KB changes again. Do you guys know any other way for setting my favorite keyboard as the default?

I also noted that the icons under PROGRAMS takes a long time to show and if you scroll up or down is really sluggish. Any registry fixes for that?

Oh... I almost forgot... CMContacts no longer opens when I click on contacts (I get the default windows contacts instead). I searched but did not find a way to make CMContacts as the default contacts... Anyone???

Thanks!

What Keyboard? If it's TouchPal, which I can only assume, There are different versions of V3 for WM6 and WM6.1 and that may be the problem. I suggest giving as much info as you can about the problem(s) you're experiencing to get better help than guesses. Anyway, here is a link to TouchPal for WM6.1 and WM6. Your registration should work with it.
Referring to the other issues, I got no clue as of yet, but if I figger it out I'll post back.

KEYBOARD is PCMkeyboard. It is working, but when I soft reset it changed back to HTC keyboard.

Its when your question isnt getting an answer because when someone posts on a topic it "bumps" it to the top of the list.
