GPS stops working with kitchen built 3.02 ROM

Built a ROM in the kitchen after flashing the leaked 3.02 AND running PPST.exe. I have GPS-Today, GoogleMaps, and Garmin XT on my device.

Stats:
Radio 3.37.15
PRL 60612
PRI 2.03_003

I have been having the same problem since Friday when I first cooked this ROM up. GPS works GREAT for a day, then the next morning I get nothing...not one satellite. Yesterday I read that removing the battery for ~10 seconds "refreshes" GPS, and amazingly it did work...once . Now I'm back to the same problem I had saturday with GPS not functioning.

Any ideas?

I've attached my .txt, if there's a conflict somewhere I can't find it.

Funny, I have this exact same problem with the exact same ROM. I also used the exact same resolution you did.

On a side note, I noticed in GPS Viewer it showed me 7 sats and no lock. All 7 sats were "stuck" and no data was bouncing back and forth. Not even a soft reset fixed it.

Same issue here. I haven't needed to use GPS much in the last few days so it hasn't bothered me.

Just for future reference I am using 3.37.15 from the Sprint leaked rom and I am on Sprint. I built the rom (pretty clean) from BuildOS.

I believe Voidunknown is using the radio from the Alltel ROM and he is on Verizon. I also nk he used BuildOS for his rom but I am not sure what options he chose.

Yes, i am using the 3.37.10 radio from Alltel. My ROM was made with BuildOS by myself and is pretty clean. I included most of the OEM stuff from HTC and a couple other things. Hope that helps.

They are incompatible with the leaked rom. GPS works fine for me. Also im running radio 3.37.15

I didn't run "the cab" or replace anything. I flashed the leaked sprint ROM, let customization run, then went to the windows folder and ran PPST.exe.

I then used BuildOS to make my own ROM (.txt config file above) and had GPS running perfectly...for ONE day. The next day GPS wouldn't work. I then reflashed a differently configured BuildOS made ROM thinking that would solve the problem. GPS worked for only ONE day again! I am now having GPS problems.

Mine stopped working all of a sudden this morning. Started Googlemaps, started searching for sat, flashed 7 sats and then gone. Nothing would work....

Reset, took battery out. Nothing.

Ran PPST again and now I am back in business. Must have gotten corrupted or something.

Run this PPST Cab in this post then run the PPST from the windows folder again. It's the same PPST from the Sprint leaked rom, but it'll make sure you have all the right registry settings. Unfortunately when you go to a kitchen rom none of the Registry settings from the PPST carry over.

Remember the Cab just installs PPST.exe you still have to manually run it after installing.

edit:... eh just looked at the post. He states that he only assumes..anyone tried it on another carrier?

Since the PPST file has SPCS in the name I would highly recommend against using it on Verizon. If someone wants to take a chance they can probalby try running this then download a verizon PRL and removing the sprint prl for the verizon PRL
