Porting the SYS and XIP

Could someone point me the right direction on how to porting sys and xip from kaiser to the vogue. I have search all over xda-developers and it only comes up with the elf which is the gsm verison of the vogue.

Is there a tutorial somewhere which shows me the program used, steps by steps on porting the sys and XIP. Thanks
