i'm really a nobody here but i'm going to put my 2 cents into this anyway.

it's rather unfortunate that so far, this guy has already been accused of messing with peoples accounts and then not disclosing any pertinent information when all he did was basically say "hey guys, i work for Sprint and i might can help this forum out".

i have to say i am rather taken aback how he's already been chastized. and as he said, he did answer the question, the answer just wasn't noticed.

i come to this website on a daily basis because frankly, this is the best site for information and programs. all the members so far have been friendly, curtious and helpful and it bothers me to high hell to see this guy getting spanked by both junior and senior members just because he said hello.
