Re: Another Memory Card Question....
sorry to hear that! looks like corruption going on. Take your 8gb memory card and use the adapter, then format it within Windows XP. (if it reads it! - might have a bad Memory card, from water damage)

Re: Another Memory Card Question....
Do you have a Memory card reader? If so, windows will assign a drive letter within "My Computer" Usually something like the f: (removable drive) or something like that. Right click that assigned drive letter and from the drop down menu, select format.
NOTE: the drive letter Im referring to can be different, Im just using it as an example. Also, some new pc's might have a newer card reader built into it, like my laptop, some Multi function printers also might include a card reader, just stick the memory card into the adapter ...etc... etc.... Re: Another Memory Card Question....
Make sure under the "file system" within the "Format" Window Screen, its marked for "fat32" since you have an 8gb memory card. If you already have it chosen as Fat32, then most likely your Memory card is damaged. You can probably format the file system as NTFS, but Im not sure if your phone can read that type of file system. ALSO WARNING! Once you format as NTFS, you can't change back to the "Fat32" file sytem. Just see if you can format it as Fat32. More than likely your settings will already be FAT32..... in which case, your 8gb memory card is bad!! If you can see files and folders, but when opening them up gives you garbage characters, its DAMAGED!
