spb pocket plus screwing up my touch

i uninstalled it because it wouldnt let me customize it, after i uninstalled it, it stayed in the remove programs. then it deleted my task manager shortcut on the today screen. when i reset there are two battery icons at top and then i goto delete it again in the remove prog it removes my task manager it just a repeated cycle
