is there a way to install *.exe files without syncing?
as of right now, i'm stuck w/o a home pc but i want to keep adding to my phone, but some of the files i get are not set in cab format. is there any way to run an exe file from your phone or do i just have to wait? thanks in advance.

A .cab is generated when you install a .exe so ask someone you know with the program your interested in to extract & upload the specific app your interested in.
