No GPS for me???

I have installed 4 different ROMS, one I even created in the kitchen, and have yet to get even one satellite lock. I am really getting annoyed here and need to find out if it's user error or a problem with my phone.

I followed the stickied CONSILDATED thread from upgrades subforum to the letter. I successfully installed CoKeMan's 2.31 unlocker, have radio 3.37.10 installed, and have used the ROMS from ghettofreeryder, OMJ, Chrispipe, and the one I created in the kitchen, all with no other problems.

On each of the ROMs I made sure that not only-e911 is enabled, allowed GPS-Today to "Initiate Connection if Needed", and had a huge clear sky to get a lock. I even let GoogleMaps attempt to connect to a satellite for over a half hour.

As a last ditch effort I installed hgray's GPSKickStart.cab...no love.

I am lost...what am I missing???

Alright, now ... check out the upgrades forum. There is a link to the leaked (OEM/Sprint) Touch/Vogue ROM that includes an updated radio (the whole package).

That is probably the best baseline for you to start fresh with.

Yes, the updated kitchen release (3.02) is based on the leaked sprint rom that is referenced in the same post.
