Outlook not SYNCing contacts that have pics

OK - this is strange..... I have been playing with kitchens and flashing ROMS. Before I started I made sure my contacts were SAVED on the desktop (WinXP running Outlook 2007). On the desktop the contacts are there. For friends and family I have images for them for the CUBE quick dial.

When I finished flashing and playing with GPS

I reset the SYNC with the desktop and set CONTACTS...it SYNC's but missing are all the IMPORTANT ones that have images attached. The ones I use the MOST!

Anybody else getting this ?
