Tad help with wait cursor

hopefully somebody can help or guide me

i have a wm6 htc touch sprint

i download a wait wait cursor from another sight : its a flair:
i decide to delete the app..

the flair icon is still there .! ! ! it will not go back to the original one..
I search high an load an the flair app was unistalled ..

I try to install another cursor an it keeps showin the flair ! !
