Alltel Speak Bubble

I don't know what else to call it. The little speak bubble that appears when you hit the battery/tower area.

Anyone have the can or can point me to the thread with the cab?

I haven't seen a cab around anywhere. I've only seen it in the Vogue kitchen.

If it's in the kitchen, can't it be cabbed? I have no idea what files I would need to get it working.
