Joeyxl, This is where to go. Its a known issue about the Sprint Touch and its 2 different screen. I knew this was going to happen and it was a matter of time before it did happen and it finally did. A Sprint customer with a good screen Touch gets his Touch replaced for a reason and then gets a terrible screen in exchange. WOW! You must really hate this phone now Joeyxl. I am lucky that I have been having a terrible screen since the day I bought my Touch. Because if that ever happened to me (going from a good screen to a bad screen) I would raise hell over at every Sprint Store in the nation. I have been to 5 different repair stores and I have not had any success in having them understand that there is 2 different screen for this phone so all I get is ""Your phone is fine" answer. Joeyxl..... now can you please kindly explain what you hate about your new replacement. I want you to explain to everyone in how much better you last phone was compared to your replacement with the terrible screen. Reason being is that there is alot of "nay" sayers and a lot of them are saying to just suck it up and live with it. I totally disagree with them all and I feel we all should have a equally good screen and not a luck of the draw thing. We pay a lot of money for these phones and we should not get treated this way.

Has anyone else ever noticed this before? Its sort of like a rectangular shape that looks like liquid all over it. Maybe the screen is cracked.

But when you turn it on you can see everything. You still notice this issue in the background but it doesn't completely obstruct the screen. Has anyone else seen this?

I dropped mine off for service as I had the same liquid grease looking square on the screen as the OP.

The Enuser has a faulty screen, Most noticeable when working under fluorescent lights. The screen doesn't appear broken and the phone is working.

Not sure if they mean digitizer when the say front bezel touch window.. And Flashed rom (wonder if they just did another reset??) .. havent got the phone back in my hot little hands yet so not sure if fixed for sure

I stopped by the Sprint store today to get it checked out and the guy tried to convince me really hard that the messed up part of the screen was "part of the TouchFlo" ?!? His exact words over and over... WTF? He obviously didn't know what he was talking about... not to mention that not even a compleat sentence! Arg! They piss me off at that store!!! (and that wasn't the first time either)

I've found the same effect on my phone, but it only appears under Energy Efficient light bulbs. Under natural or regular 60/100W bulbs it appears perfectly fine.

I'm not sure if it's actually something wrong with your phone.... or just an effect of the light source.

Man, i just woke up and my Touch is like the one in pic. its my whole screen. i dont know if i should take mine in though. i can actually use mine in lanscape i would be so upset if i get another one and it had a worse screen....

Thats my service report posted above.. they just replaced the front window bezel and not the screen so you should be okay - maybe explictly tell them not to replace screen.

I have seen this happen to a Motorola Razr. I used a hair dryer to warm the screen and it went away but I don't recommend that for this phone... lol.

Yeah, i think im just going to deal with it until i want to sell it then trade it on insurance.

well I have the same problem with my screen. I called a repair shop and told them over the phone about it and they said that they will order me a new one and call me when it comes in. They said that if they determine that it is water damage that they won't replace it though. I know it isn't from water damage so I shouldn't have a problem getting it replaced. I'm just hoping that the new one will have one of the good screens. I'll keep my fingers crossed, I guess it's the luck of the draw though. I'll find out when I go and pick it up.

Free under insurance or just becuse it is a fault?
