How do i make the end button toggle vibrate?

Before i installed the alltell rom, i had my phone set up where i could hold the red end button and the phone would toggle between full volume and vibrate. I cant figure out how to do this now.

Hmm, i'm not seeing "Long Press End Key".... it just goes Key Lock, then Managed Programs, no Long Press End Key.

It is actually a little HTC app that is not included in all ROMs. Try this:
