Uninstalling cubes

I want to go from vista 2.0 to macflo but it says I should uninstall vista first. Do I do this by simply deleting it in the file explorer or is there another way?

Go to:

Start Menu>Settings>System>Remove Programs

Then select Vista Cube 2 and hit "Remove"

You should reset after the uninstall.

I tried to uninstall mac flo and it will not completely uninstall and now my touchflo is pretty much hosed. I tried reinstalling icube but the icons do not show up just the text. I uninstalled that and when I try to open the stock cube its blank the screen just goes dark like it wants to do something but nothing. Any help getting it back to normal without having to hard reset would be great!
