i have to reset it EVERY DAMN DAY!!! SOMETIMES 2-3 TIMES A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF?????

yours is probably defective.

Have you tried anything to fix it. you should backup all of your files and then do a hard reset.

Perhaps if you give a better description of what's going on someone could help you out.

touch keypad will get stuck on typing numbers only, flick up the biotouch and the speeddials have no pics, no names no nothing and freezes. sometimes the phone will give me a chirp for a ring and thats it, not letting me even have a chance to answer, sometimes it just feels like locking up when i hit the start menu, or the message button, or whatever. i never leave anything running in the background except for text messaging so its not like multiple apps are causing it to act up.

i think HTC devices have issues period, the 6700, 6800 both did whacky crap.

my refurbished treo was more stable than this device

you know.. i seriously doubt that they are that bad.. if that was the case htc wouldnt be the leader when it comes to producing smartphones.. so how about we try to relax and calm down some.. i know you are frustrated but it really just sounds like you have a defective phone seriously.. i have a touch and never had an issue once (knocks on wood) so i think you should try to get another phone

my touch has never given me any problems since march 19
Custom ROM WM 6.1 + GPS/Rev.A much more stable than WM 6.1 w/o GPs\Rev.A

you title is a very bold statement whenever there is so much support here for the device you might want to try looking for a solution to your problem before you start throwing a fit about a device that many people here love. i am sure it can be fixed either by some software solution or a new touch but i am sure the touch is not a pos.

there is a ton of support for modifying the device yes and ive gone thru a lot of that
but i dont know what the problem is to even look for it.

GM used to be the leader in making vehicles in america....but it does not mean their cars are worth a damn since most are garbage until last year.

the point being if you stop the temper tantrum and explain whats exactly wrong someone may be able to help you iron out the problems- they definitely sound software related which can be fixed. There's no need to start a thread with a childish title to get help or expect any kind of positive response or help from Touch enthusiasts who can help you. Something isn't a POS for a fact because YOU don't like it, and sure not every HTC device. It sounds more like user error or lack of knowledge than device error over and over and between models

Ever tried a mere hard reset (back to factory stock- hold both send/end and then press reset) and started from scratch?
