flashing the stock sprint rom and radio

I searched and i couldnt find exactly what i was looking for.

I want to flash my sprint touch back to the stock sprint rom and radio because i flashed the alltel rom onto my phone and i didnt like it.

Also my phone is not bricked nor is there anything unusual about it i just dont like the alltel rom.
