Will all usb port chargers charge the HTC touch?

My brother has a new blackberry which uses a usb port charger. I hooked mine up to it the other day for about 10- 15 min but the percentage never went up...it stayed at 20%. Usually these phones charge quickly. It said it was charging but didn't show it on the battery meter.I would like to get a car charger for my phone, but am skeptical if the usb port chargers at walmart will work. Does anyone know?

yeah they're all the same.. the only real difference is they all charge the battery at different rates.. i think the htc one is 1000mah which is rather quick charger.

might need a little more than 10-15 mins. sometimes there is a "lag" delay in wm before it refreshes the battery status..

Ahh alright I appreciate your help. Yea, these things charge so fast. i think mine charged from 20% to 100% in like a hour? and it lasts me all day. My old phone was a piece..It took about 4 hours to fully charge (I guesstimate)
