Finer volume adjustment tweak?

I want to play my internet radio at work but the lowest volume setting is not low enough. Is there something I can do to increase the the steps of the volume adjustment so I have more than 6 settings?

Check out some of the custom audiopara files here. Its a csv file which is located in your windows root; it doesn't actual increase the number of steps, but makes the lowest one softer and the highest one louder.
