Telus Rom

I've made my own telus gps rom with the Alltel radio and 6.1. Everything works awsome, (thanks to PPC Geeks kitchen,ImCoKeMaN and Jakdillard). The thing is, (I can't believe I'm saying this) I only get about 800 kbs download speed on mobile speed test. I'm in Victoria B.C. apparently in RevA coverage. Also I set EVRC to disable under setting. This gave me the 800 kbs speeds, before I was getting 200 kbs. Any ideas?

Telus' EVDO Rev A speed is limited to 800kbps. Damn Telus

Open the phone pad and dial ##778# and it should be under the data settings.

file explorer/my device/windows/EPST, click edit, type in MSL#/view info/ CDMA settings.....carefull in there....you can mess things up....

What is EVRC?

Do you think it's possible if I mess it up purposely so it will only disable the internet connection??

You know how Telus is stupid, they let me cancel my data plan but they won't block me from connecting to internet.
They will charge $30 for 1MB if I connect to internet when unlimited plan is $15.

Do you know any way to disable internet in HTC Touch??
