6900 USB OTG Host Capable?

Does the 6900 have usb otg host capability? i.e. can I plug a usb hard drive into it if I have the right converter? I had a phone in Japan called the w-zero 3 es and It was capable of doing this with a $10 cord. I think I had to use some program in order for it to switch to Host? does anyone know?

Thanks!!!

Do you have any sort of proof for that? USB host is an unusual feature to include; it's expensive and counter intuitive as well because of the special cables /ports required
