Pleeez help!!! unlocker 2.31

I am at my wits end! I have tried to unlock with the new unlocker for almost a week now. I try to unlock ans ALWAYS get the say message. Basically after the RUU starts and it goes to "Collect Phone Info" I get an error (206) that says My phone isnt connected. I follow the instructions to the letter...you know, unplug now...plug in...press any button...power 100%...yada yaday yada. I was running a custom ROM so I flashed to Sprints stock ROM and tried again. Reset my PC and hard reset for Touch. Nothing....oh yeah...and Coke 40 unlocker runs fine for me on the same PC. HELP please.
