how can i get numbers off my touch?

so im having a **** load of issues. my phone is taking for ever to load anything that i try and use. i was doing some testing. but anyway. i was wondering if anyone knew how i can get the contacts off my phone. i really hope there is a way.

you could also go with the official route, activesync + outlook. outlook express will not work.
