phone not waking on message

Hey guys,

So, lately I have been having an issue with my gf's VX6900. What happens is that after the phone has been on (without soft reset) for awhile, the phone stops waking up on text messages. Is there any solution for this?

Try going into the today settings and unchecking "Today Timeout" under items tab.

Excellent! I will try that, thanks. What does the timeout do exactly?
