LED notification not recognizing read messages

So I have my Touch set to blink the orange LED when I receive new SMS/email messages. After reading the messages, however, the LED continues to blink rather than changing back to the normal green status LED. I've tried changing to 'Blink for 5 minutes' and the LED remains on until I soft reset. I also tried using the nueLED program to change the LED, but these LEDs continue to blink as well. In fact, I had my phone on charge, unplugged it, and now the charging LED is stuck on as well. I have no idea what's going on - never had this issue before until I upgraded to Rev A/GPS rom (it has done it with both JDs rom and GFs rom). Other than this issue the phone is acting completely normal.

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy it?
