Rev a and EPST

Could anyone shed some light on why some people have REV a enable/disable in data parameters and others don't?

I just looked at mine and all I have is:

Packet Dial String = #777

Should I have more Items?

I just check my Data Paramenters setting within EPST, and the option to enable and disable Rev A is missing. I only have Packet Dial String as the only thing listed. Can someone check there setting to see if the have this option. Currently running JD's GPS test rom 2.1

I don't have it. Some people on here claim they have it.

I flashed back to the Alltel rom, without any modifications and the settings was not there either.
