Anyone else getting "digital roaming" when booting with the new Rev A?

I was around culver city yesterday for a brazilian bbq, using GPS on the freeway and noticed that. I thought I was on a dead and it was roaming... Since I could get a lock on the GPS I soft reset the phone and that's when I got that for a few minutes...

WHen I boot my phone since doing the updates it often says digital roaming - sometimes for just a second, somtimes for an hour (today I've gone to radio 3.35 - also tried 3.37) I've tried JD's and Mustan's customs - more than one version of each so I don't think it is anything to do with a unique setting in one of the custom jobs.

I'll have a little triangle at the top of my screen and when attempting to call it says digital roaming and then I get a message LA recording 01 - can't place the call at this time... I also can't browse the web when it says digital roaming.

add one more.. i'm in manhattan beach.. ride my bike up into culver city quite often.
