Sound:Automatic - What is it?

The automatic mode is supposed to synchronize with your calendar setup. When you set the status to be busy during an event, your phone will be switched to vibrate.

Ok, I knew what this feature was all about, but I don't use the HTC Home plug in on my Today page. I just don't really like the HUGE old fashion digital clock look. Anyway, is there a way that I can get to the sound profile settings without that plug in being active? I'm thinking there's probably a file somewhere that I can create a shortcut too or something.

Anyone know if there's a setting or reg edit to make the phone vibrate when it rings? vibe and ring same time

I have the Touch for Sprint but I'm assuming its the same settings.........
Start>Settings>Sounds & Notifications>Notifications Tab>Change Ring Type drop down to "Vibrate and Ring" or "Vibrate then Ring"
