Sound:Automatic - What is it?
In the sounds profile on the Today screen there is an option for sound:automatic. What exactly is automatic, and how is it different from sound:normal? I looked through the help app but I didn't see it. Thanks.

i think it means you can set a scheule when to have it on silent or ringing

Re: Sound:Automatic - What is it?
This is what I have mine set on. It means that if there is an event scheduled in your calender it automatically puts the phone on vibrate, and then when the even is over, it goes back to normal. I put work in from 8-5, recurring m-f, and i don't have to remember to turn the ringer off and back on.

I always wondered about that but never bothered to figure it out. That's actually pretty cool!

Re: Sound:Automatic - What is it?
I did not know this either, great!!! Is there anyway, now I haven't really looked, to make it go to SILENT during certain hours?

Re: Sound:Automatic - What is it?
I don't know about the silent thing. I was looking around but haven't been able to find that option. I'm sure there would be some way to hack it though... regedit maybe? That kinda stuff is a touch above my head....(no pun intended)
