Does WM5storage work with the New Alltel/JD rom?

I noticed that it doesn't work for me anymore (used to work in the old 6.1 roms) but, I also noticed that I haven't had a corrupt storage card anymore. I used to get a corrupt card every single day and its been 2 days now without the problem (knock on wood).
